Cookie Policy
Last updated: 6 May 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies RaicoHub uses on raicohub.com, what they do, and the choices you have. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They help the site remember information about your visit (such as your language preference) and can also be used to measure performance or to deliver advertising. Similar technologies — local storage, session storage, pixel tags, web-beacons — work in comparable ways.
Categories we use
| Category | Default | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Always on | Required for the site to function (e.g., remembering your cookie choices, language preference). Cannot be switched off. |
| Analytics | Off until you accept | Help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Anonymized IP, no advertising identifiers. |
| Marketing | Off until you accept | We do not currently set marketing cookies. The category is shown so you can pre-consent or pre-deny if we ever add them. |

Server-side download tracking
When you click a download button, we send a small fire-and-forget request to our backend to record which platform was downloaded. This request includes your IP address (server-side) and user-agent. It is sent only if you have granted analytics consent. If you reject analytics, no telemetry is sent — you can still download the file.
Your controls
- Cookie banner — appears on your first visit. Choose "Accept all", "Reject all", or "Customize".
- Manage cookies — use the small button in the page footer to change your choices at any time.
- Browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Note that blocking strictly-necessary storage will break basic features (e.g., remembering your language).
- Do Not Track — if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a rejection of analytics by default.
- Withdraw consent — withdrawing analytics consent will immediately stop further data collection. Past data already sent to Google Analytics is governed by Google's own retention controls.
Changes
If we add a new category or a new cookie, we will bump the policy version. The next time you visit, the cookie banner will re-prompt so you can review your choices.
