Your phone system, from the browser.
RaicoHubVoice is a phone system with a softphone in the browser, a voice menu you draw instead of configure, and a quality record for every call. One extension rings on the computer, the desk phone and the mobile — and you can see exactly how each call went.
A serious phone system, without a cupboard full of cables.
Three things RaicoHubVoice does better than an ordinary small exchange — and how you will recognise it.
A voice menu you draw
No wrestling with forms. You put the pieces on a canvas — welcome menu, business hours, groups, queue, voicemail — join them up, and press Apply. The system writes the call plan behind it.
A quality record for every call
Not only who called whom and for how long, but jitter, packet loss, latency, MOS score and codec, with ring, talk and hold time kept apart. When a call was bad you can see why, and on which side.
One extension, three devices
The same number rings on the computer, the desk phone and the mobile app at once. Underneath they are three registrations; to you it is one extension, answered wherever suits you.
From an empty account to a phone system that answers.
All of it in the browser — no exchange in a cupboard, and no waiting on a technician for every small change.
Set up extensions and devices
Hand out the numbers and connect what people actually use: the softphone in the browser, a desk phone, the mobile app — all on the same extension.
Draw the voice menu
On the canvas you join the pieces: welcome menu, business hours, groups, queue, voicemail.
Apply it in one click
The system turns your drawing into the call plan itself. Nothing to write by hand.
Watch the calls and the quality
Every call leaves a record of how it ended and how the line held up, so you find the weak spot before a customer does.
What a phone system actually needs, in one place.
Described the way it works in the product.
Call quality you can see
Each call is stored with its MOS score, jitter, packet loss, latency and codec, whether the audio was encrypted, and how long it rang, talked and sat on hold. Instead of “the line was bad”, you know what went wrong and at whose end.
Softphone in the browser
Make and take calls straight from the browser, nothing to install. A desk phone and the mobile app work on the same extension.
Ring one, several, or a queue
One person, several at once, or a named group. A queue holds callers with music until somebody is free.
Second call while you are on one
A second call announces itself while you are talking; put the first on hold and take it, then come back — the line stays up.
Conference calls
Bring several people into one conversation. During the call you can add someone, merge two calls in progress, mute a participant, remove one, or end the whole thing.
Outbound routes by prefix
Rules decide which of your numbers a call goes out on, by the prefix dialled — with digits stripped or added as the operator wants.
The trunk is watched for you
The link to the operator is checked every minute. Two bad checks in a row and an alarm goes out, so you hear about it before your callers do.
Mobile app
The same number rings in your pocket. It does not hold the line open all day — a push wakes it when somebody calls, which is what keeps the battery alive.
Draw the path a call takes. The rest is our job.
Instead of writing configuration you place pieces on a canvas and join them up. Press Apply and the system builds the call plan itself. Some of what you can drop into a flow:
19 kinds of block in all — these are the ones you will reach for most.
One phone system, two very different teams.
A proper phone system without an IT department
A welcome menu, business hours, a group for sales and one for support — you draw it yourself in a few minutes. The same number rings on the computer and the phone, and voicemail catches whatever comes in after hours.
- A voice menu without calling a technician
- One extension on computer, desk phone and mobile
- Business hours and voicemail
Queues, groups, and a record of every call
When the phones do not stop: queues with music, ringing by group, presence so you can see who is free, and a quality record behind every call. When a caller says the line broke up, you can go and look.
- Queues with music and group ringing
- Presence — who is free and who is on a call
- Quality and timings recorded for every call
When something goes wrong, you see it before the customer does.
A record behind every call
MOS score, jitter, packet loss, latency and codec, with ring, talk and hold time kept apart. The problem is there to look at rather than to guess at.
The trunk is watched
The operator link is checked every minute. An alarm needs two bad checks in a row, so a single flicker will not wake anybody — and a recovery message follows when it comes back.
Encrypted audio where it is available
The browser and mobile apps carry audio encrypted, and every call record notes whether the audio was encrypted and with which codec.
One identity across devices
The computer, the desk phone and the mobile are three registrations of one extension. To the person using it, it is a single number that follows them about.
What companies usually ask about their phones.
No. RaicoHubVoice works through a softphone in the browser, so there is nothing in a cupboard. If you want them, a desk phone and the mobile app connect to the same extension — but no hardware is required.
You place the pieces on a canvas — welcome menu, business hours, groups, queue, voicemail — join them up and press Apply. The system turns the drawing into the call plan itself, with nothing written by hand. There are nineteen kinds of block.
Yes. A single extension can ring at the same time on the computer, a desk phone and the mobile app. Underneath they are three registrations of the same extension; to the person using it, it is one number.
Every call is stored with its MOS score, jitter, packet loss, latency and codec, along with how long it rang, talked and sat on hold. So instead of “the line was bad” you can see what went wrong and at whose end.
Yes, there is a mobile app and the same number rings in your pocket. It is woken by a push notification when a call comes in rather than holding a connection open all day, which is what keeps the battery sensible.
It connects over a standard SIP trunk. Telekom Srbija and Zadarma are the two we run in production and can vouch for. If you are with someone else, get in touch and we will check your case before promising anything.
Yes. On top of the phone system there are queues with music, ringing by group, presence so you can see who is free, and a quality record behind every call — the things a busy team needs in order to see what is actually happening.
Yes. Everything is scoped per organisation — the extensions, the calls and the records of one company never mix with another’s.
